Industry Analysis


Bangladesh the NSDC (National Skills Development Council) is playing supreme national body for TVET. The NSDC is responsible for implementing a national policy for skills development, overseeing key reforms, Coordinating activities, and monitoring the implementation of TVET. The Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) develops learning materials and awards diplomas and certificates to learners affiliated with it. The BTEB holds the jurisdiction to organize, supervise, regulate, control, and develop technical and vocational education across Bangladesh.

The prime objective of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Reform Project in Bangladesh is to ensure the participation of Bangladesh as a competitor in the global job market and to reduce poverty by improving the quality and content of vocational education and training.

As we know that, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), is an important tool to improve the employment opportunity of individuals, increase productivity in industry and reduce poverty. In Bangladesh, however, the TVET system is hampered by inadequate links with industry, outdated curricula and delivery strategies, and little flexibility to respond to training needs at the local level. The Government of Bangladesh has adopted National Technical and Vocational Qualifications Frameworks (NTVOF) in order to align the qualifications available in the country to better reflect the growing and changing occupational and skill profiles in both domestic and international labor markets. The NTVQF is supporting stronger integration of skills training in community organizations, schools, training institutions and the workplace, by providing a common national benchmark for the naming the achievement of qualifications. The National Skills Development Policy (NSDP) of Bangladesh desires that all training institutions deliver training in a manner that is aligned with the NTVOE.

Competitive Analysis


Labor migration is one of the major concerning issues all over the world in the present day. To eradicate the poverty, overseas labour employment has become an alternative income opportunity for the poor people of developing nations. But skill and professional labour migration are also persists across different countries. Demand for skilled manpower in different trades is increasing in the world employment market. The benefit can be derived only if a skilled labor force is available to face competitiveness in the world market. Bangladesh can enhance the skills of the labor force providing them with appropriate education and training to achieve future success in the global employment market.

Although, each year nearly 2 million people are adding up in our labor market government is unable to manage appropriate job for all. Among them only 200,000-300,000 can get decent job, of this the majority being employed in private sector and few are able to grab a decent job abroad under safe migration due to the lack of skill required in the receiving country the majority still remain oppressed migrants.

Dur focus has been always to the youth with vigor to develop and train them technically skilled by our experienced instructor and help them find a decent job abroad or within the country or help them to earn their livelihood with self employment scheme. Now-a-days, TVET is playing a crucial role in the social and economic development of of Bangladesh. Therefore, our Bashundhara Training & Testing Centre (BTTC) has started its journey on 2013. The institute is a sister concern of Bashundhara Employment Services (Govt. approved Recruiting License No.1064), an ISO Certified,

Business Approach & Marketing Plan


Our Approach to this business has been concentrated to intensive training of prospective candidates in developing their skills and be ready to get themselves employed abroad or within the country. Our training is focused on certains standards that are accredited to the standards of the Bangladesh government as well as to the G.C.C countries and to our valuable clients.

Job placement Cell: We develop job placement cell and keeping database of trainee. Our expert marketing team regularly communicate with potential employers and assisted to get suitable job. Candidate get promising career when they come to us for an adequate and effective training and skill that matches their capabilities. We are widely famous for conducting interview program in our center premises. We help all our esteem domestic and international clients to employ the right candidates for right job.

Some of the trainees become self-employed after completion of successful training.

The end result of our technical trainings is to reduce the poverty alleviation, eliminate the social and financial inequity from individual to individual and also from the nation as a whole. Operation Plan


BTTC is a full-fledged skill training institute and will provide training to develop various skills on different technical trades, life skills and language proficiency. We appointed highly professional people as trainers who are experienced in their own field and conduct the training.

Most of them have overseas job experience for a long duration. Our approach towards training is strictly professional to ensure the development of the human resources at the best.

Since its inception, BTTC has been committed to providing the highest quality, needs-based training interventions to its clients for both local and global labor markets. We always try to provide outstanding market demand driven technical education and training to the clients.

Our training course is cheaper and time consuming than others institutes. Currently we are going to adopt modern machinery equipment to Cope-up with the emerging and changing technologies within the institutes. Therefore our team always tries to explore new knowledge on market research. Gradually, our new developing infrastructures are going in plan.

In our BTTC, the targeted trainees are selected as per regular course scheduled Generally; trainees are selected from the applicants who submit their application after seeing the advertisement published in the national dailies. But in any circumstance i.e. special demand for clients.

We also try to arrange special batches or enroll individual participants over the year and ensure special care instantly. Such situation, our courses are tailored to client's needs with a structure that is flexible and designed to match clients' available time and budget. All trade training activities will be divided into practical and theory classes.

We offer training courses aimed at developing the skills of delegates in our target markets. We also offer value-added services that allow organizations to derive better return on their training investment. Under the mentioned faculty we offer various trade specific courses with different duration and fees.
